The dentists here are wonderful, unfortunately the customer service is lacking. My daughter and I had a appointment schedule for 6 month. I am a teacher and go to school and couldn't get back to the phone calls in time to "confirm" my already scheduled appointment. So I was told the gave someone else my appointment (very rudely) and I just needed to figure it out. It is such a shame as I enjoyed my experiences with them after the office.
